Toyland
A toy and baby retailer in Montenegro getting a new storefront: I designed the whole commerce experience, then built it in Shopify Hydrogen against the real catalogue.

Toyland sells two things that are bought in completely different ways. Toys are discovery-led — characters, themes, age, gifting. Baby equipment is considered — specifications, safety, comparison, higher ticket. One storefront had to serve both without splitting into two shops, and it had to hold up once real product titles, prices and stock states arrived.
One taxonomy
I designed a single structure — departments, themes and characters, age and price bands — and reused it across the mega menu, the category facets and predictive search, so discovery behaves the same way wherever it starts.
Then the build
I implemented the design in Hydrogen against the live Shopify catalogue: mega menu, category pages, the product page and its buy box, and a mobile layout of its own rather than stacked desktop.
States, not happy paths
Search was specified as states — loading, results, no match, error, offline — and the build leaves star ratings switched off until there is real review data, rather than showing empty stars.

In development, not yet live. The storefront runs against the real Shopify catalogue; client assets and store setup — photography, payment and shipping configuration, a reviews provider — are still to land before launch.
