Pansuara
A vertically integrated teak brand launching direct-to-consumer on Shopify Hydrogen — product and offer decisions carried through to the storefront, the account area and the referral mechanic.

A brand with a sawmill behind it and no commerce model yet. It needed a first category that could be manufactured consistently, shipped affordably and used to build reviews and trust before moving into higher-ticket pieces — and a storefront that could carry the provenance story without slowing the purchase down.
The offer
I narrowed the launch range using market data and unit economics, and started with cutting boards: year-round demand, repeatable production, manageable fulfilment and an accessible first purchase.
The build
I designed and built the storefront in Shopify Hydrogen — product pages, the editorial provenance and sustainability pages, and a separate landing experience for Teak Parcels, which sells to a different audience entirely.
Account and referrals
I built the customer account and a referral mechanic that pays out real store credit rather than discount codes, with the credit and expiry emails running as Klaviyo flows.

Pre-launch. The storefront, account, referral system and lifecycle flows are built and configured, and the launch operations around them — payments, domains, product feeds, compliance — are worked through. No customer traffic has run through it yet, so there are no results to quote.
